How much do BulkLift drivers earn in Windsor?
You keep 75% of each completed delivery’s pre-tax fare, and you see your pay before you accept. The fare is set by the item’s size, the distance, any load-assistance add-on, and any surge. At the minimum fare for each size, your share is:

Longer trips pay more. For each assignment your pay meets or exceeds Ontario’s minimum wage for its active time. Any GST/HST the customer pays goes to the CRA and is never part of your share.
What do I need to drive?
- A valid driver’s licence and a clean background check.
- An approved vehicle: SUV, minivan, pickup, cargo van, or box truck. Own more than one? Add them all to one account.
- Insurance that permits commercial / for-hire (delivery) use — have your declarations page ready.
- A smartphone. The driver app runs in your browser; there’s nothing to download.
- For payouts: an Interac e-Transfer email, and your SIN or Business Number for tax reporting.

Driver questions
- Do I need commercial insurance?
- You need insurance that permits commercial or for-hire (delivery) use of your vehicle — a standard personal policy usually is not enough. You upload your declarations page showing that use, and it is verified before you are approved.
- Can I choose my own hours?
- Yes. You switch yourself Online when you want offers and Offline when you don't, and you are free to accept or decline any job. Deliveries in Windsor run 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week.
- How and when do I get paid?
- You keep 75% of each completed delivery's pre-tax fare, paid by Interac e-Transfer. Your first payout is held about 48–72 hours as a fraud check and then releases automatically; after that, payouts are intended within 24 hours of completing deliveries.
- Is there a minimum pay guarantee?
- Yes. For each assignment, your pay meets or exceeds Ontario's minimum wage for the active time of that assignment, under Ontario's Digital Platform Workers' Rights Act. If a completed assignment would fall short, BulkLift tops it up.
- Do I need to download an app?
- No. The driver app is a web app that runs in your phone’s browser — no app-store download.
